Hello gorgeous dolls!
How sweet it is to actually feel like writing a post. Here I am in my 36th week of pregnancy, feeling like I'm back to my old self. My energy level is super high, I have the urge to actually put some effort into my dressing and most importantly, I want to BLOG again!!! I dont even remember the last time I held a curling iron to set my hair. I know I might go MIA again after the baby arrives. Please do forgive me in advance.
So I scored this dress for under $15 and wasnt looking to wear it until post pregnancy. However, on Sunday I woke up for church in the mood to curl my hair not knowing what I was going to wear. After hair and makeup, I decided I'd give the dress a try. To my surprise it stretched out enough to hold the baby bump, pairing it with gold accessories and a pair of laced up heels.
It so happened Mrs. West wore a similar outfit the same day, but I decided not to do a "celebrity look for less", simply because it wasn't. But I guess great pregnant minds think alike.
In other news, some of my fall must haves:
I am so in love with the olive tones. I believe it's going to be my go to color for the fall season! Also, I'm over the whole gladiator trend but the Dsquared2 thigh high caged sandals has got me drooling. I definitely will be investing in a similar pair (more like a new mom to be again appreciation gift...hehe). Fringe has made a huge come back since the Leonardo DiCaprio Gatsby movie. For the cooler weather, I am totally digging suede fringe. Whether be it a belt, boots, skirt or jacket. I definitely will be sporting the trend. It's going to be my substitute for leather.
And that sums up my post for now. I have a few back dated outfits that I will try to post before going into active labor. Yikes! Four more weeks! Scared. Happy. Blesssed.
