A blessed evening to all!
I have not been posting due to technical difficulties. I'm between changing pc's which is so chaotic. I was also away for the last week which was long over due. It was such a relaxing getaway with lots of shopping! But mostly for kiddies and hubby.
So to be successful in this life we all know a plan and budget goes hand in hand. I did not go wild on shopping while on vacay because I was looking to add another pair of Loub's to my shoe collection and pay for a few more classes. When starting school again in 2013, I had the ambition of completing a Fashion Styling Certificate by the summer of 2014. I have about 7 more classes to go, which I am giving myself by the end of this summer to pursue. While calculating the cost of my next three classes for spring, it was $300 over my projected budget. Processing the numbers, the picture below came to mind. Louboutin or Certificate of Completion? Would I feel accomplished by purchasing the most crazed and loved shoe by women across the globe or by taking one more class leading to my career.
Our future is in the palm of our hands. We can choose to spend wisely or be foolish and throw away sweat well earned. Luckily, I am one of the wisest. I am now 4 classes closer to graduating!!! Once I am holding my certificate and off to a well paying career, I'll purchase all the Loub's I'd like and maybe even one for you ;-)
Have a plan in life. You'll be surprised how much you can accomplish. If you start with short term goals it will eventually lead you to your lifetime of dreams. Inspired by the sermon of Pastor Stephen Mootoo of the Tabernacle of Emmanuel Full Gospel Assemblies.
This outfit is so sweet
and girly. I was going for a cotton candy palette, which I think I mastered. What do you guys think of the pastel tones this spring? Will you be adorned in it?
